Novo Nordisk's Clayton, NC site seeks a qualified engineer to maintain and improve process control systems across manufacturing. You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure equipment aligns with local and global standards while driving automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on project work, adherence to quality and safety, and participation in continuous improvement using cLEAN® methodologies. Equity-friendly benefits are included.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in process-based manufacturing, utility, or packaging systems.
• Knowledge of SAP EM, PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL, Historian a plus.
• Ability to apply cLEAN/Six Sigma methods to projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support plans to maintain and improve process control systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing schedules to execute plans.
• Serve as automation resource on projects involving process control systems.
• Follow automation standards and update related specifications and maintenance plans.
• Assist audits and inspections of process control systems.
• Contribute to SOPs and maintenance procedures.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

5+ years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing

7+ years with high school or GED pathway (alternative)
