Job summary

ESCO Group is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Automation team. You will contribute technically to client projects with a basic understanding of PLC and HMI processes, working alongside multi-disciplined engineers to design, program, and commission automation systems.

You will travel to client sites to implement, test, and commission automation solutions, collaborating with diverse team members to understand client processes and requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of PLC and HMI processes.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Able to adapt to changing details and circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implementation of industrial automation projects to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Program and configure PLCs and HMIs to control and monitor processes.
• Modify existing display objects and templates as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and travel to client sites to commission systems.
