Your Responsibilities

• You will independently create and customize plant software at the control and visualization levels
• You will independently perform software commissioning both at our domestic assembly site and during international customer assignments
• You will design and develop concepts for plant control systems
• You will accurately document the control software you have created and describe plant functions clearly and comprehensively
• You will actively participate in the selection of control hardware components
• You will support our technical departments in the design and configuration of systems and system components
• You will assist the sales team in preparing specifications and quotes, as well as in direct customer contact
• You will train customers, service technicians, and colleagues from other departments in the operation and process control of systems

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or information technology, or a comparable qualification, such as a technician, business administrator, or master craftsman
• You have relevant practical work experience, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Simatic TIA Portal and Simatic Manager and apply this knowledge confidently
• You have knowledge of Python and apply it routinely in practice
• You communicate confidently in German and English—both verbally and in writing
• You view occasional business trips within Germany and abroad as a welcome change of pace
