Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an Automation Engineer II to join our Fort Washington, PA facility. This on-site role focuses on providing technical support for recipe management systems and manufacturing automation platforms across our processes to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2-4 years of hands-on automation experience, and strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills to drive process improvements, validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in automation roles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support recipe management systems and manufacturing automation applications.
• Develop, modify, test, deploy, and maintain manufacturing recipes per change control.
• Ensure recipe accuracy, consistency, and compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Support recipe version control, security administration, audit trail review, and system governance.
• Monitor recipe execution and automation system performance for continuous improvement.
• Investigate recipe execution failures, automation deviations, alarms, and system performance issues; implement corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field

2-4 years of hands-on experience in automation roles
