Zusammenfassung

SGS Consulting in Manchester, NH seeks an engineer to author recipes using Syncade MES and manage change requests through project completion. The role involves deviations/RCAs, CAPA support, and collaboration with Quality on investigations and risk assessments.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in engineering, GMP exposure, strong communication and leadership, and be able to secure information and identify key issues. On-call availability may be required.

• Ability to evaluate engineering problems and devise cause-and-effect relationships and propose solutions.
• Ability to fulfill on-call hours requirements.
• MES Syncade Recipe Authoring experience.
• VBA coding or Interface experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Recipe Authoring using Syncade MES; execute tests (design, execution, simulation, wet testing).
• Own change requests and complete change request tasks to support project completion.
• Perform change request assessments.
• Deviations / Root Cause Analysis (RCAs).
• Assist the Quality department with deviation investigations.
• Assist with completion of CAPA actions.
• Participates in quality risk assessments.
• Review/revise automation and Manufacturing related SOPs, Functional Specifications, and work instructions, equipment/process changes, error prevention activities, etc.
• Author and review test protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
