Resilience is looking for an Automation Engineer II at their West Chester site, responsible for optimizing and validating automation systems. This position involves collaboration across departments and requires experience in automated manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Rockwell, Inductive (Ignition), Aveva (Wonderware), Siemens, Emerson (GE), or B&R automation systems.
• Knowledge of GAMP 5 and ISA standards.
• Familiarity with change control, deviation, CAPA, validation, and qualification principles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, optimization, commissioning, or validation of automation equipment.
• Consult cross-functionally and assist system owners in process development.
• Provide technical guidance and train others on systems and procedures.

Skills

Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated or cGMP environment

Experience with automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA)

Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
