Repligen Corporation seeks an Automation Engineer II to support development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance of computerized control systems for KrosFlo large-scale tangential flow filtration products. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and customers in a regulated setting.

You will program PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, support Rockwell/AB, Siemens, and AutomationDirect platforms, and develop using Wonderware System Platform.

Competenze

Bachelor-level degree in a relevant engineering/tech discipline.
5+ years in automation/controls or industrial systems engineering.
Hands-on programming and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems.
Experience with Rockwell AB, Siemens, or DeltaV is a plus.
Knowledge of control-system integration, networks, and protocols.
Experience with software version control and engineering change control.

Mansioni

Develop, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC/HMI/SCADA apps for automated process equipment.
Program and support Rockwell/AB, Siemens, and AutomationDirect PLC platforms.
Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA apps using Wonderware System Platform; iFix/C-more is a plus.
Troubleshoot scripts, SQL queries, system communications, and interfaces.
Configure industrial networks including subnets, NAT, VLANs, and connectivity.
Integrate OPC/Modbus/PROFINET/EtherCAT/DeltaV connectivity; troubleshoot controls.
