• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for production automation.
• Experience with Bash/shell scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and API integrations.
• Experience building auditable, compliant automation systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder update skills.

Responsibilities

• Build automation for onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Develop Slack-based IT support bot automation and deterministic automations.
• Define when automation should auto-resolve vs. escalate to humans.
• Implement audit logging for all automated resolutions.
• Translate high-volume manual patterns into automation requirements.
• Create governance automations to maintain compliance.
• Build alerting for compliance drift and ownership escalation.
• Integrate access reviews provisioning with IAM and non-SCIM apps.
