Job summary

You will design, implement, and ship solutions that improve service quality and operational efficiency company-wide, collaborating with engineers and back-office teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering.
• Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Rust or similar languages.
• Proven success in developing end-user applications and workflow automations using REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automations that improve IT service desk efficiency and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ship self-service tools enabling internal customers to resolve common IT requests independently.
• Build custom applications and automations extending existing tools and platforms.
