Job summary

Voyatek is seeking an Automation Engineer to analyze state systems and document requirements for IES modernization. The role emphasizes collaboration with state agencies, business analysts, and vendors to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

The candidate should bring 3–7 years in automation engineering, experience with eligibility systems, and proficiency in documenting workflows, data dictionaries, and UI specifications.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Automation Engineer experience in state government or equivalent.
• Experience in EECM (Eligibility, Enrollment, Case Management) and IES modernization.
• Ability to produce business process flows, user stories, data dictionaries, and wireframes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze state system requirements and document for the IES implementation.
• Identify as-is and to-be IES requirements and design using prescribed methods.
• Meet stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Produce artifacts (RDT, UI specs, process flows) and perform peer reviews.
• Adhere to project timelines and collaborate with blended State and vendor teams.
• Understand and communicate the scope within project guardrails.
