Job summary

Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor automation engineers.
- Experience with CMMS, troubleshooting, and coordinating maintenance with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Serve as site technical expert in automation control systems.
- Design, develop, implement, and optimize control systems and software.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
- Communicate issues and timelines to leadership.
