- Shift flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and optimize control systems and software
- Troubleshoot equipment including PLC/PC controllers and networks
- Mentor Apprentices to meet safety and technical standards
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams
- Monitor MHE metrics and lead remote troubleshooting
- Perform root cause analysis and drive cost-saving improvements
- Communicate issues, timelines, and workarounds to leadership
