Job summary

Level is seeking an Automation Engineer to build the safety net that enables rapid development without breaking systems. You’ll own CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and migration validation tooling to empower dozens of developers to ship high-quality software.

You will design and maintain automation pipelines, ensure robust testing and deployment strategies, and work with GitHub Actions, scripting, and migration planning to reduce risk during releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience building automated test frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and Git.
• Strong understanding of testing, validation and deployment strategies.
• Experience designing migration strategies with automated validation and rollback.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation pipelines, workflows, triggers and reporting.
• Own Git infrastructure and GitHub Actions pipelines, policies and standards.
• Develop automated test frameworks and migration validation tooling.
• Oversee build and delivery pipelines; ensure reliability and speed of shipping.
