Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing advanced automation frameworks to enhance the development lifecycle.
• Improving overall testing efficiency by introducing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring best practices in automation are followed across the team.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve productivity.
• Adhering to quality standards and company policies.
• Ensuring positive customer experience and CSAT through effective resolution.
• Contributing to proposals for service improvement plans.
• Independently resolving tickets and meeting agreed SLA.
• Providing support for on‑call escalations / L3 level support.
• Coaching analysts and participating in hiring drives.
