S'P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to transform manual compensation processes into automated, audit-ready data models. The role combines SQL, Python, and Power BI to model complex deal structures and governance controls, with end-to-end calculation traceability.

You will build automated reconciliation engines, maintain governance frameworks, and develop enterprise Power BI reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales compensation analytics or related field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data modelling and reconciliations.
• Experience with Python/Pandas or Alteryx for automation.
• Strong Power BI development and DAX expertise.
• SOX-compliant controls and documented traceability.

Responsibilities

• Automate complex compensation processes and governance controls.
• Model financial impact of plan changes using Python/SQL.
• Build automated reconciliation engines for revenues, bookings, and revenue.
• Design SOX-friendly governance and audit trails.
