Job summary

Separation Technologies LLC, a Titan America business, is seeking a Process Plant Operator to join our York Haven, PA facility. The role involves operating separator machines and load-out systems, monitoring performance, and maintaining safety and quality while supporting continuous improvement across production.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least two years in manufacturing, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic computer experience with Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
• Basic understanding of how to operate basic hand tools.
• Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay them to follow-on shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical requirements include outdoor work with exposure to heat/cold, standing/walking, climbing, heights and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to a Safety-First culture.
• Identify opportunities for process, safety, and operational improvements and provide feedback to leadership.
• Operate separator machines and load-out systems using touchscreen and automated controls.
• Monitor system performance and make adjustments to maintain safe, efficient operation.
• Perform routine quality testing by weighing and analyzing ash samples and adjust processes to meet product specifications.
• Load dry bulk tanker trucks and railcars using automated systems and ensure accurate weights and documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the Plant Supervisor and team; provide shift handoff updates.
• Ensure accurate data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting.
