Job summary

Separation Technologies LLC, a Titan America business, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our York Haven, PA facility. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize dryers, separators, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automation systems to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical school, trade certification, apprenticeship, or military maintenance experience preferred.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience troubleshooting rotating equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, or process equipment.
Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or industrial automation systems is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on dryers, separators, conveyors, motors, pumps, fans, and related production equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
Utilize troubleshooting techniques and maintenance best practices to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Support automated process equipment and industrial control systems.
Assist with troubleshooting sensors, instrumentation, motor controls, and basic PLC-related issues.
Work closely with operations teams to optimize equipment performance through technology and process improvements.
Support implementation and commissioning new equipment and emerging technologies.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts usage within MaintainX (CMMS).
Maintain accurate work orders and equipment history records.
Assist in managing spare parts inventory and identifying critical replacement components.
