Job summary

Separation Technologies LLC, a Titan America business, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in York Haven, PA. This role focuses on keeping equipment running safely, with opportunities to grow in reliability and automation expertise.

You will work on dryers, separators, conveyors, motors, pumps, and related production equipment, participating in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, trade certification, apprenticeship, or military maintenance experience preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting rotating equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, or process equipment.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or industrial automation systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support a Safety-First culture in all maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintenance practices, safety performance, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on dryers, separators, conveyors, motors, pumps, fans, and related production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Utilize troubleshooting techniques and maintenance best practices to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support automated process equipment and industrial control systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting sensors, instrumentation, motor controls, and basic PLC-related issues.
