Pro Staff seeks a Manufacturing Technician in Acton, MA to support a fast-paced production environment with automated equipment. You will troubleshoot, operate, and maintain machines while documenting activities and ensuring GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in manufacturing; experience with HMIs, robotics, or production machinery is a plus. Shift: A, Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, HMIs, or production machinery is a plus.
• Medical device or cleanroom background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform basic machine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment using HMIs.
