Pro Staff seeks a Manufacturing Technician in Acton, MA to support a fast-paced production environment with automated equipment. You will troubleshoot, operate, and maintain machines while documenting activities and ensuring GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in manufacturing; experience with HMIs, robotics, or production machinery is a plus. Shift: A, Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, HMIs, or production machinery is a plus.
• Medical device or cleanroom background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.

• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment using HMIs.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• OR at least 3 years of manufacturing experience

Experience Requirements

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, HMIs, or production machinery is a plus
• Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Job Duties

• Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform basic machine repairs and preventative maintenance
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment using HMIs
• Troubleshoot machine faults, stoppages, and process issues
• Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities
• Utilize measuring tools to verify product quality and tolerances
• Support inventory, quality control, and production documentation
• Maintain GMP standards and cleanroom manufacturing requirements
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and resolve issues

Physical Capabilities

• Stand for up to 75% of the shift and walk frequently
• Reach above shoulders and below the waist as needed
• Push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
• Lift up to 20 lbs regularly
