You will oversee apprentice programs, supervise up to 25 staff, coordinate cross-department activities, and implement training while optimizing workflows and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years related experience.
• Proven leadership of maintenance and shop floor teams.
• Experience in robot programming or automation a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Direct electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.
• Modify programming of robots and programmable controllers.
• Study schedules and adjust procedures to meet production goals.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and production records.
• Recommend improvements to methods, equipment, and quality.
• Resolve problems and motivate workers to achieve goals.
• Oversee Technical Training Program and training objectives.
• Coordinate activities across departments.
• Hands-on execution when required.
