Job summary

Hutchinson Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan and coordinate production activities across shifts in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure safety, quality, and cost-effective production with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining equipment and material readiness.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train and mentor personnel while managing timecards and compliance with company policies. This position is on-site and requires PPE adherence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent background.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate shift personnel to produce company products on time, quality and safety standards.
• Maintain manufacturing standards, quality controls (SPC) and operating procedures.
• Reconcile and approve hourly timecards; adhere to health, safety & environmental policies.
