Facet is seeking a security-focused IT operations professional to provide end-user and platform support while enhancing security tooling and automation. You will help automate access lifecycles and monitor threat intelligence across devices and SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as helpdesk or security operations analyst with triage, remediation, and escalation experience.
• Level 1–2 helpdesk support experience with empathy, organization, and efficient resolution.
• Scripting or basic programming experience to reduce operational drag.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with remote management tools (InTune, Kaseya, ConnectWise) for Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS.

Responsibilities

• End-user and platform support with white-glove service.
• Coordinate and automate user provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Monitor security tooling; respond to and elevate security events.
• Translate security intelligence into actionable configurations in tooling.
• Coordinate patching and vulnerability remediation across device fleets.
• Monitor performance of systems and SaaS apps to prevent issues.
• Pursue continuous learning and improve security operations.
