Job summary

Facet is seeking a Technology Operations Support Analyst to champion the employee experience at the intersection of IT operations and cybersecurity. You will resolve end‑user computing and platform issues, manage user provisioning and deprovisioning, and monitor security tooling to prevent incidents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as helpdesk or security operations analyst.
• Familiar with triage, remediation, and escalation protocols.
• Experience providing level 1–2 helpdesk support.
• Basic to intermediate scripting or software development experience.
• Familiar with Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS environments.
• Familiar with modern software distribution and remote management technologies.
