Job summary

Aspect is seeking a Cybersecurity & SecOps Analyst to own day-to-day internal security operations and SaaS posture management. You will coordinate with our 24/7 MDR partner, manage cloud identity, and build low-code automation to streamline alert response.

This fully remote, day-shift role emphasizes secure workflows, evidence collection for SOC 2, and clear incident playbooks across a remote workforce.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of cybersecurity operations or related IT/security duties.
• Experience with centralized EDR/XDR platforms and endpoint health management.
• Proficient in managing security settings in cloud productivity suites.
• Ability to build low-code/no-code automation to connect platforms.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and investigations.

Responsibilities

• MDR oversight and incident coordination with external partners.
• Triaging cloud identity signals, access logs, and MFA/compliance tasks.
• Developing automation for ticketing workflows from discovery to remediation.
• Maintaining incident playbooks and SOC 2 evidence packaging.
