Job summary

N3XT is seeking a proactive Client Success Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech team. You will onboard clients, implement systems, and provide multi-channel support across email and chat, working closely with engineering and infrastructure to automate workflows.

You will engage with executive leadership and internal teams to streamline onboarding and issue resolution while contributing to innovative client service solutions. Hybrid-friendly environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of experience in customer support/onboarding.
Experience in banking, financial services or fintech is a plus.
Experience with Intercom and APIs; automation mindset.

Responsibilities

Front line multi-channel support (email, chat) via Intercom.
Contribute to full lifecycle of client support inquiries (product questions, onboarding, payments).
Collaborate with Compliance, Bank Operations, BD, Engineering to support clients.
Assist in client onboarding and streamline processes for new/existing segments.
Support client/vendor integration using API technologies and testing to go live and BAU.
Identify issues through testing and work with Engineering to debug.
Create and maintain public documentation (FAQs, guides, API docs).
Support process improvement and automation efforts.
