Job summary

Flex is seeking a Business System Analyst in West Columbia, SC to explore complex business problems and design automated solutions that improve operations. You will work with stakeholders to deliver scalable systems and support site processes while aligning with Flex policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience and a solid understanding of SQL; Jira and Confluence are desirable. This position reports to the Director, Information Technology and supports global IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience.
• Background in systems or industrial engineering, CS, programming.
• Knowledge of SQL; Jira/Confluence a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, to provide consultation to users related to automated systems
• Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
• Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Execute Global IT projects.
