Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
• Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions.

Responsibilities

• Diligently manage and coordinate projects to ensure proper design and solution.
• Participate in strategic planning and development of the enterprise architecture.
• Define, design, implement and hold up infrastructure & application solutions.
• Prepare SOPs for day-to-day maintenance of applications and underlying systems.
• Ensure knowledge pertaining to new implementations and technologies is shared with the team.
• Ensure monitoring and controls are in place to ensure stability of the solutions and incidents.
• Establish clear communication channels with customers, peers and cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to SLAs and conduct timely reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure backups and retention policies to minimize data loss.
• Investigate root cause and drive corrective/preventive actions to improve MTBF.
• Ensure systems comply with security and compliance requirements.
• Propose system enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
• Make final resolutions on administrative/operational matters and meet goals.
• Set goals on operation success and contribute to policy development.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Work with EIS to train the team on new/updated solutions.
