Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in business systems, process improvement, automation, data analysis, or related fields
• Growth mindset and willingness to grow within the organization
• Attention to detail and consistent accuracy
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment
• College or technical degree is preferred
• Experience with ERP/CRM and drafting software is beneficial but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable
• Mechanical aptitude is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, test, document, and implement business tools and workflow improvements
• Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities across departments
• Develop automations to reduce repetitive work and data entry
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decisions
• Assist with system integrations and data exchanges
• Improve workflows, dashboards, and reporting across platforms
• Create technical and user documentation for solutions
• Support user adoption and training of new tools
• Monitor emerging AI and integration technologies for business use
• Collaborate with leaders to understand requirements and desired outcomes
