Socket.dev in Bloomfield, CT seeks a Business Systems & Automation Analyst to support development and implementation of improved business tools, workflows, automations, and processes across the organization. You will translate opportunities into scalable technology solutions that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in business systems, automation, data analysis, or related fields.
• Growth mindset with desire to grow within the organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, thorough work.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable.
• College or technical degree preferred.
• ERP/CRM experience beneficial but not required.
• Drafting software experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, test, document, and implement business tools and workflow improvements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop automations to reduce manual work and data entry.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Assist with system integrations and data exchanges.
• Improve workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand workflows.
• Test solutions prior to deployment and troubleshoot post-implementation.
• Create technical and process documentation.
• Support user adoption and ongoing process improvement.
• Stay aware of emerging AI and integration technologies.
