Job summary
Cadmus in the United States is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to conduct user research, document end-to-end processes, and translate business needs into automated, scalable solutions. You will capture requirements, write user stories in JIRA, and support cross-functional teams across initiatives.
Responsibilities include process mapping, identifying efficiency gains, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver value.
Qualifications
- BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
- Strong SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple teams.
- Proficient in technical writing and data-driven analysis.
- Experience creating Epics/Features and acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Document current and future-state processes with stakeholders.
- Conduct User Research to create end-to-end process documentation.
- Identify pain points and map to cost-effective system transformations.
- Document automation opportunities and site-level workflows.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and onboarding of new requests.
- Ensure designs meet business needs while controlling complexity and cost.
- Map requirements to business value and downstream workflows.
- Write user stories in JIRA and document system details for releases.
