Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Project Leader to coordinate and execute Non-PIF improvement projects within the ONE TEF organization. This role drives automation, digitalization, layout optimization, and technical improvements aligned with department goals.

You will plan, execute, and close projects per Bosch governance, manage scope, budget, and risks, and communicate status to management. Strong collaboration with technical experts and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 6 years of experience required.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk).
• Experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Non-PIF improvement projects.
• Lead automation and digitalization efforts across TEF.
• Plan scope, resources, and milestones; define timelines.
• Ensure alignment with Bosch governance; manage budget and schedule.
• Prepare and present project status to management and stakeholders.
