Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
• At least 6 years of project management experience in a structured environment.
• Experience with non-PIF process improvement projects and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Non-PIF projects focused on process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Define timelines, milestones, and resource requirements; manage budgets and scope.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and digital transformation teams.
• Monitor progress, report status to management, and mitigate risks per PM standards.
• Document lessons learned and promote standard PM practices across TEF.
