Job summary
U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineering Manager, Automation Delivery to lead a team responsible for end-to-end automation initiatives spanning RPA and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop Unattended and Automation Anywhere.
You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and risk/compliance teams to align delivery priorities with enterprise goals. The role requires strong leadership, technical oversight, and a proven track record in delivering scalable, secure automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant technical experience.
- Five or more years of leading a software engineering team, preferably RPA.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of automation engineers and developers.
- Establish clear delivery goals, performance expectations, and career development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define implementation roadmaps.
- Drive successful migration and modernization efforts across automation platforms.
