U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineering Manager, Automation Delivery to lead a team delivering enterprise automation using Power Automate Desktop Unattended and Automation Anywhere.

You will partner with stakeholders to set priorities, govern practices, and ensure secure, scalable implementations in a regulated environment. The role covers people leadership, technical oversight, and production support, with a focus on value delivery, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six to eight years of relevant technical experience.
• Five or more years of leading a software engineering team, preferably RPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of automation engineers.
• Set delivery goals and career development plans.
• Ensure accountability and operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end automation delivery from intake to production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Enforce security, compliance, and governance standards.
