Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems integration, or application development.
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web-based integrations.
Experience designing and troubleshooting API authentication and authorization processes.
Strong knowledge of scripting and automation technologies, including PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating cloud services and enterprise applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions across IT and business operations.
Build and support solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Develop integrations between cloud and on-premises systems using REST APIs and web services.
Create and maintain reusable automation workflows, scripts, and templates.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify manual processes suitable for automation.
Develop workflows that interact with Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.
Monitor automation performance and resolve issues.
Document automation solutions and procedures.
