Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT software development.
• Deep experience in .NET application development (C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core) and REST API design.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Blue Prism RPA.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases and system integrations.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration/support.
• Understanding Blue Prism components (Process Diagram/Studio/Object Studio) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, REST APIs and Power Apps.
• Create, configure, and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism or Power Automate to automate tasks and workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document existing business processes for automation opportunities.
• Write Blue Prism scripts and workflows to automate tasks and conduct testing for reliability.
• Maintain documentation including technical design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for applications and automation platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and user support materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through modernization and automation.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance throughout development.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior developers
