Diaconia LLC in the United States seeks an experienced UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer to design, develop, and modernize automation solutions in a Federal Client environment.

The role requires hands-on UiPath development plus strong Power Platform experience, with emphasis on migration and reengineering across platforms.

You will collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams, delivering scalable automations and supporting production operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in object-oriented software development (C#/Java/Python).
  • Hands-on UiPath automation development experience.
  • Extensive Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git and SDLC/Agile practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions for federal clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot UiPath automations in production.
  • Create automation using Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
  • Migrate UiPath automations to Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and documentation.
