Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineering Manager, Automation Delivery to lead a team of automation engineers across RPA and workflow platforms, including Power Automate Desktop Unattended and Automation Anywhere.

You will drive delivery, guard quality, and partner with stakeholders to align automation to regulatory requirements. This role requires strong people leadership, technical oversight, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure automation solutions while working with risk,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
6–8 years of relevant technical experience.
5+ years leading a software engineering team, preferably RPA.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of automation engineers and developers.
Establish delivery goals, performance expectations, and career development plans.
Foster accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Partner with business stakeholders to define automation roadmaps.
Drive end-to-end delivery from intake to production support.
