Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools is essential.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in data analytics for Manufacturing and Technical teams.
• Define, prioritize, and document business needs; collaborate with BI&T partners to develop analytics solutions.
• Create dashboards and visualizations and perform ad-hoc analyses to support decisions.
• Provide technical direction to Site teams to improve capacity, quality, and cost.
