Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual to support innovation in early drug discovery through data.

As part of the Molecular Invention Data Product Team, this role will contribute to the analysis, documentation, testing, and improvement of data solutions that enable predictive and AI-informed research across Drug Discovery domains, including Molecular Invention (MI), Early Biology, and Preclinical Research.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT, informatics, data analysis, business analysis, or a scientific data-focused role.
• Strong ability to document requirements, analyze data, and translate scientific needs into user stories.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech research workflows is a plus.
• IIBA Certification or similar Business Analysis Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand scientific data workflows and document business requirements with guidance.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process notes for IT/engineering teams.
• Map workflows, identify friction points, and escalate risks to product and business leads.
• Represent researcher context in product discussions and validate delivered capabilities.
