Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Data Analytics Engineer for our Devens, MA site. You will support solution design, delivery, and lifecycle management of data systems across Process Automation and MES, with emphasis on SQL, Python, and analytics tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python (or R), and data science packages.
• Proficient with Tableau/Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in data analytics, collaborating with Manufacturing and Technical teams.
• Define, prioritize, and document business needs; work with BI&T partners to develop analytics solutions.
• Create dashboards and visualizations; perform ad-hoc data analysis to support decisions.
• Provide technical direction to Site teams to improve capacity, quality, and cost.
• Translate requirements into compliant design specifications.
• Champion change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Support system lifecycle activities and project implementations at site level.
