CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support automation and material handling systems in a client facility in Memphis, TN. You will perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and performance improvements to keep complex robotics and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring an associate degree or higher in a mechanical or electrical field, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on MHE.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document results.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams on maintenance activities.
