Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in EE/Controls/Automation or related field.
- 3–5 years of controls/automation or manufacturing engineering experience with on-site PLC programming and vision inspection.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose motion systems; provide technical support to maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Support automated assembly equipment development and process improvements.
- Lead equipment qualification activities and FAT/SAT validation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional manufacturing teams and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Assist in design reviews, vendor quotations, and continuous improvement efforts.
