Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, CS, ME, or EE.
• 2+ years of controls and automation in production.
• Proficient in Siemens PLC programming (Ladder and Structured Text).
• Proficient in servo drive and VFD configuration and tuning.
• Strong knowledge of ProfiNET, ProfiSAFE, Ethernet IP.
• Electrical cabinet design basics: wire sizing and protection.
• Experience with SCADA and OT networking.
• Risk assessments and safety design experience.
• Familiar with pneumatic concepts and NFPA70e safety practices.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance; US Person required.

Responsibilities

• Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for production equipment.
• Write and debug Siemens PLC code with maintainable structure.
• Follow internal standards for control architectures, compliance, and safety buyoffs.
• Integrate FactoryOS software into automation lines.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation issues.
• Install, configure, and tune servo drives / VFDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve processes.
