Job summary

J+H Automation Solutions is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead control-system projects from design through startup. You will manage teams, coordinate schedules and budgets, and implement architectures for client facilities.

You will also develop PLC and HMI programs, review designs with vendors, and mentor junior staff. The role involves field support, factory and site testing, and collaboration with Sales on scope and estimating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large projects and coordinate resources to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee panel design including layout and wiring diagrams in AutoCAD.
• Develop PLC and HMI programs and configure control system components.
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to engineering and field personnel.
