Job summary

Cincinnati Test Systems (CTS) is seeking an Assembly Technician to build and wire custom automated test and measurement equipment. You’ll assemble machine frames, wire control panels, and integrate pneumatic systems for global deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality during assembly and preparation for ship­ment. A team-focused environment and certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience or an education-experience mix.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprint drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based build environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform control panel wiring using blueprint drawings and lay out wiring for panels.
• Wire and plumb pneumatic systems as part of assembly.
• Assemble machine frames with power and hand tools; minor tooling assembly including drilling and tapping.
• Fabricate and install machine guarding and support mechanical and pneumatic integration of custom equipment.
• Disassemble machines for shipment, crate for delivery, and assist with final build verification prior to shipment.
• Collaborate with team, maintain clean safe work area, and participate in additional duties as needed.
