Job summary

Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Execute the end-to-end build, configuration, and teardown of highly complex, proprietary power units and advanced sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering schematics.
• Set up sophisticated diagnostics equipment, establish baseline performance metrics, and run specialized test protocols in tandem with development engineers.
• Utilize advanced metrology instruments and geometric dimensioning principles to inspect components, perform meticulous mechanical calibrations, and document any system variances.
• Act as a critical feedback loop for the design team, identifying potential structural flaws early, proposing optimization solutions, and helping refine blueprints based on real-world floor builds.

Here's What Our Ideal Candidate Has

• 5+ years of hands-on experience mastering the assembly of intricate electromechanical systems/subsystems.
• Experience reading complex engineering layouts, matched with a practical understanding of GD&T standards and precision measuring tools.
• Prior experience with high-end welding applications (TIG/MIG), CNC equipment configuration, or specialized linear/reciprocating power platforms would be a plus.
