Bosch USA is seeking a Line Planner to oversee daily production line performance, coordinating operations, maintenance, quality, and process groups to maintain safe and efficient manufacturing. You will monitor KPIs, lead escalation of issues, and drive rapid recovery while identifying long‑term improvements.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a technical degree, and strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing or production engineering experience.
• Experience with automated high‑volume manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; cross‑functional communication.
• Detail oriented with commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Own the daily technical performance of assigned production lines.
• Monitor machine status, production flow, and key performance metrics.
• Identify production risks and communicate impacts to Operations.
• Lead structured escalation of safety, quality, delivery, and equipment issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Process Group.
• Drive rapid problem solving to restore production to standard conditions.
