Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and able to learn new systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Solid quality background and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedule and materials needs to determine area requirements.
• Support supervisor with planning, assigning and directing work on the line.
• Monitor line performance and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure material supply and line readiness.
• Promote 5S culture and lead by example.
• Provide daily summaries to supervisor and participate in toolbox talks.
